We’re excited to share an important update about the future of our brand. Effective January 1, 2026, we are officially discontinuing our online dealer program and transitioning fully to a direct-to-consumer model for our kids’ electric balance bikes.

Why the change?

Because our mission is to deliver the best bikes at the best price—while providing unmatched support and a seamless customer experience.

This transition allows us to:

• Reduce distribution costs and reinvest in engineering and quality
• Offer more competitive pricing to families
• Provide faster, more consistent support
• Strengthen our path toward a “Built in the USA” balance bike in 2026
