Return/Refund of a eSeries Balance Bike
If you are not completely satisfied with your eSeries balance bike purchase, you may return it within ten (10) days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Return eligibility conditions:

The bike must be in new, unused, resalable condition, and the box must be unopened.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all packaging materials, accessories, manuals, labels, and tags.

It must not have been removed from its original shipping pallet (if applicable), modified, or subjected to any maintenance or assembly beyond what is necessary for visual inspection.

Returns will not be accepted after the ten (10) day return window.
Please contact us prior to returning any item. Packages received without pre-authorization will not be accepted.
Return/Refund of a Dirt Bike Order
If you are not completely satisfied with your pit bike purchase, you can return it within ten (10) days for a refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. However, returns are not allowed under the following conditions:
- The bike has been taken off the pallet, uncrated, assembled by the customer, or the engine has been started.
- The bike has been Pro Prepped or modified in any way, either by Orion or the customer.
Orion Moto is not responsible for licensing or title work in any state. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your state for licensing your bike. Returns will not be accepted after ten (10) days.
Return/Refund of a Part Order
If you are not completely satisfied with your part purchase or if your part is defective from the manufacturer, you can return it within thirty (30) days for a refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee and our shipping cost if the order was over $100. After thirty (30) days, Orion Moto has the discretion to either give a store credit or reject the return altogether. Parts must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
Please note:
- Because of shipping regulations, there are NO RETURNS on Batteries. All battery sales are final.
- We are not responsible for any parts not fitting your particular model.
- We have the right to refuse a part return if you ordered the wrong parts.
- No returns on OEM parts unless you purchased your bike directly from us.
- No returns on garage sale items, special order, custom parts, electronic parts, motors, or tubes.
- We do not return parts on bike models older than 2024 and do not guarantee part fitment for models older than 2024.
All returns must be pre-authorized before you return them. Packages received without authorization will not be accepted.
Return/Refund of an Apparel Order
We only accept returns on damaged, defective, or misprinted items. We cannot accept returns due to sizing issues. You have thirty (30) days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Additional Return Guidelines
- Products must be in original packaging, unused, brand new condition, and resalable.
- We do not accept returns due to color availability, unit not fitting the rider, or model upgrades.
- We do not guarantee color choice and will select one for you based on inventory if no backup color is chosen.
- No returns on Pro Prepped, Works Package bikes, or custom bikes.
- Any damage incurred during shipping back will be your responsibility.
- We do not refund or exchange due to shipping damages. All shipments are insured.
- Refusal of delivery will result in you being responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
- There are no refunds for any labor or service charges.
- Refunds due to return could be subject to special/abnormal fees associated with shipping (e.g., lift gate service, inside delivery).
- We do not return bikes for any state licensing issues. Check with your DMV on licensing issues.

Orion reserves the right to change colors, components, etc., on any pit bike without notice. Always read the full description of each product you purchase. Pictures may not depict the actual product you are buying.
Orion Moto is not responsible for licensing or titles in any state. Know the laws of your state for licensing your bike before purchase. Some states have special federal requirements. Always contact your DMV before purchasing and ensure you have all required paperwork.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied if your billing address is in Texas and Utah.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within the United States. Any free shipping promotions we offer are valid only for the 48 continental states.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please Contact us prior to ordering, as additional shipping charges will apply. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Please note that motorcycles are not eligible for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii due to shipping restrictions.
Orders are processed during normal business hours. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Order Acceptance & Fraud Prevention
All orders placed through Orion Moto’s website are subject to review and acceptance by Orion Moto. An order confirmation email, signed invoice, or payment authorization does not constitute final acceptance of an order.
Orion Moto reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order prior to shipment at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders affected by pricing errors, technical or system malfunctions, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violations of our policies.
Orion Moto may require additional verification of identity, billing information, or payment method prior to shipment. Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation.
Ownership and title to products transfer only upon shipment. If an order is canceled prior to shipment, the customer’s sole remedy shall be a full refund of the amount paid.
