Warranty Coverage

Orion Moto warrants the original purchaser of a new Orion electric balance bike against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for the following periods:

Bike & Covered Components: One (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Battery: Six (6) months from the original date of purchase.

If a covered component is determined by Orion Moto to have failed because of a defect in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, Orion Moto will provide an appropriate replacement part or component at no charge for the part.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What's Covered?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship affecting the bike and its covered components during the applicable warranty period.

Examples may include manufacturing defects affecting covered electrical components, motor components, controllers, displays, frames, forks, suspension components, and other covered parts of the bike.

Coverage applies to manufacturing defects only. Damage or component failure resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, modification, or other excluded conditions is not covered.

Orion Moto reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty.

Battery Coverage

The original battery supplied with your Orion electric balance bike is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the original date of purchase.

Rechargeable batteries naturally lose capacity and performance over time. Normal battery degradation, including gradual reductions in capacity, range, or performance resulting from normal use, age, charging cycles, storage conditions, or temperature exposure, is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Battery damage resulting from improper charging, improper storage, use of an unauthorized charger, physical damage, water intrusion, modification, neglect, or misuse is not covered.

Normal Wear & Tear Items

Certain components naturally wear, deteriorate, or require periodic replacement during normal use. These components are considered normal wear-and-tear items and are not covered by the warranty unless Orion Moto determines that the component had a defect in materials or workmanship at the time of manufacture.

Normal wear-and-tear items include:

• Brake pads
• Brake discs/rotors
• Brake levers
• Brake fluid and brake cables
• Reflectors
• Grips
• Bar ends
• Hardware and fasteners
• Tires
• Inner tubes
• Seats
• Skid plates
• Internal gears
• Sprockets
• Cassettes
• Chains
• Chainrings

Normal adjustments, maintenance, tightening, lubrication, alignment, and replacement of wear items are the responsibility of the owner.

What's Not Covered?

The Orion Moto Limited Warranty does not cover damage, failure, or deterioration resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidents, crashes, collisions, or impact damage
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper operation
• Improper assembly, installation, adjustment, maintenance, or repair
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Aftermarket parts or accessories when those parts or accessories cause or contribute to the failure
• Improper storage
• Water damage, submersion, pressure washing, or exposure beyond the product's intended operating conditions
• Fire, extreme heat, freezing conditions, or other environmental damage
• Corrosion, rust, or deterioration caused by environmental exposure, improper storage, or lack of maintenance
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, or surface damage that does not affect normal operation
• Damage caused by continued operation after a problem becomes apparent
• Commercial, rental, racing, competition, stunt, or other use outside the product's intended recreational use
• Failure to follow the instructions, warnings, maintenance requirements, or safety information provided by Orion Moto

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your Orion, our Customer Support team is here to help.

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

1. Name, order ID # and date of purchase
2. Email and Phone #
3. VIN# (can be found stamped into the steering tube of the bike)
4. A description of the issue (i.e. "Bike won't turn on", "Battery not charging")
5. Photos and/or videos of the issue (we prefer video)

Additional information may be requested to help us diagnose the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Our Customer Support team may walk you through reasonable troubleshooting or diagnostic steps before authorizing a replacement part. This helps us identify the cause of the issue and get you the correct part as quickly as possible.

If Orion Moto determines that the issue is covered under warranty, we will provide the appropriate replacement part or component at no charge for the part.

Labor & Installation

Unless otherwise expressly authorized by Orion Moto in writing, the Orion Moto Limited Warranty covers replacement parts only.

The warranty does not include labor, installation, diagnostic charges, transportation costs, dealer charges, or third-party repair expenses.

Orion Moto is not responsible for labor or other expenses incurred without prior written authorization.

Replacement Parts

Orion Moto may repair or replace a covered component with a new, refurbished, equivalent, or functionally comparable component at its discretion.

Replacement of a component under warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Any replacement component provided under warranty is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period applicable to that component.

Additional Terms

This warranty applies to the original USA purchaser and is not transferable.

Orion Moto's responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of covered defective components, subject to applicable law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
