Warranty Statement

At Orion Moto, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our ebikes. We are dedicated to offering you dependable, high-performance electric balance bikes that you can ride with assurance. Our manufacturer's warranty ensures that your Orion Moto ebike is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. If any issues arise with your Orion electric balance bike or electric pedal bike within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective components at no cost to you.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Orion Moto provides a limited warranty for private use of Orion electric bikes. There is no warranty for commercial, rental, or competition use.
Coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to defects under normal use.

What happens after the warranty expires? We are still here to help you!

3 to 6 Months of Ownership
Parts replacement at our cost plus shipping cost
Example: Bad electrical component after 5 months. We provide that replacement part at our cost, plus shipping.
6 to 12 Months of Ownership
Parts replacement at a 25% discount plus shipping cost
Example: Bad electrical component after 10 months. We provide that replacement part at a 25% discount, plus shipping.

Only applies to parts that originally have a 3-month warranty.

No Warranty Coverage Items

Please note that wear items, including but not limited to brake pads, brake discs, brake levers, brake fluid/cables, reflectors, grips, bar ends, hardware, tires, tubes, seat, skid plates, sprockets, cassettes, chains, and chain rings, are not covered under our warranty. These components are subject to normal wear and tear and are the owner's responsibility to replace.

Consumer Neglect and Accidents
Our bikes are built to withstand the wear and tear of children's use. However, any damage resulting from neglect, lack of maintenance or accidents are not covered under our warranty.
Water Damage
While our electrical components are designed to be water-resistant, they are not covered under warranty if submerged in water. Orion bikes are not intended for use in rivers, streams, heavy rainfall, or deep puddles. Any electrical components that become wet should properly be dried immediately.
Mismatched Chargers/Batteries
Battery chargers are unique to each model of bike. Damage caused to the battery from a mismatch and charger will not be covered under this warranty. Using the wrong charger may result in damage to electrical components or cause fire.
