What is Strider Mode?+

Strider Mode lets your rider push the bike along with their feet first, like a regular balance bike, before the throttle engages — balance before power. The e12x defaults to it; on the other models you switch it on.

Can it be used off-road?+

Yes — trails, pump tracks, and BMX courses, within the rider's ability.

Does it come assembled?+

Mostly — final assembly takes about 30 minutes: put on the front wheel, attach the handlebars, attach the foot pegs, and you're done. Tool kit included — then do a complete safety check before the first ride.

What is the return policy?+

Within the first 10 days of receiving it. For an unused bike: returns carry a flat $100 fee plus return shipping, and exchanges are free.
